Job Transaction Processing - Edit - Budgets

Use this option to display any budgets entered for a service job. Budgets are entered when you create or maintain stages for the job (refer to "Job Transaction Processing - Stages - Variations and Stages").

1. Display the Job Transaction Processing screen.

Refer to "Managing Service Jobs".

2. Select EDIT | BUDGETS.

Micronet displays the Actuals and Budgets (Edit in Stages) screen.

This screen displays the budget hours and costs (labour and/or materials) for each cost centre, totalled over all stages of the job. The Cost fields are only displayed if your user security allows you to access cost prices (i.e. they are not displayed if the Show Cost on Inquiries field on your user ID is set to No - refer to "Maintenance - Edit UserIDs - 1. Main").

3. When you have finished viewing the budgets for the job, select the Ok button.

Micronet redisplays the Job Transaction Processing screen.
